My Goals on Ohana 2021 to now: Managing and coordinating charter strategies with major industry brokers such Fraser, Edmiston, Camper&nicolson, burges, Northrop & Jonson I supervised the management of the boat refit, which was quite challenging since it took place after 10 years and involved a lot of maintenance and repair work. This experience gave me the opportunity to develop high competence and expertise in managing refits & new buildings. In addition to this I was also in charge of taking the boat to the RINA 10-years inspection, which allowed me to gain a deeper knowledge of the required procedures My Goals on Fado 2013 to 2021 Selecting and supervising crew members, record keeping and financial management, directing ordinary and extraordinary onboard activities, computing cruise ship itineraries. In this role I have established strong man-management skills by selecting and coordinating well balanced. highly qualified working teams.
