I have established an impeccable track record at the highest levels in the industry and during my career I have accumulated countless sea miles, both coastal and deep sea. I believe my administrative, accounting and budgetary skills are excellent. Additionally I have a strong background in safety management, ship security, yacht handling, yacht construction, contract negotiation, crew training and have in-depth ISM & ISPS knowledge. Furthermore, I have considerable refit and new building experience As a leader I have high expectations of myself and my crew and encourage stability, loyalty and the highest standards of excellence on board. I am keen to encourage a professional working relationship between the vessel, the management company and the owner's representative. I look forward to creating a well balanced, experienced and highly trained team to carefully protect our owner’s asset and provide our guests with the best possible cruising experiences on board.
